Not true, it's at least as useful as rpm-devel or rpm-build, and written 
by mandrakesoft, so you'd think it would get a better showing. Anyway, 
doesn't matter to me much unless the person who made the decision wants 
to say why. Us talking about it doesn't solve anything.

If I believe it is legal for me to upload, then I will do it. Then it is 
up to Lenny (or whomever) to make the final decision as to whether it is 
suitable for main or contribs, or neither.

I'm sure MandrakeSoft doesn't care too much what you upload, so long as 
it's legal. That's my concern, not whether it would get in or not. I 
also think maybe people are looking for these files. People ask on 
www.mandrakeexpert.com about DVD's all the time.
