Maybe along with the minimal install you could have
choice of a few preconfigured servers like...

1. A router
2. A Raid / Samba fileserver
3. A domain controller
4. An email server
5. A Http / FTP Web server
6. Just a desktop and RPM (so you can install the
rest)
7. A Backup Server
8. Some kind of database server (Oracle, SQL, etc)

These options would be for dedicated computers that
don't do anything other than what their supposed to.
