[Cooker] Strange files from sunsite.uio.no

This is strange, I just did an update against sunsite.uio.no...

yesterday's kernel-2.4.8-4  

13119999 Aug 14 22:30 kernel-2.4.8-4mdk.i586.rpm 

was replaced by

13119991 Aug 15  2001 kernel-2.4.8-4mdk.i586.rpm

the same is true of ALL the kernel packages, they are replaced by files 8
bytes smaller, is this right?
