dhcp-server-3.0-0.rc10.2mdk on 8.0
works perfectly for about 50 other hosts in the same subnet.
But's no issue of DHCP .. more of the link detection through MII that
fails and dhcpcd is not startet in the init-script as the link detection
fails.
Same goes with PCMCIA cards ..
I can retest it on different NICs (3c95x, e100) if you want
