No, it's not on my motherboard. I've got a Pinnacle Studio DV card (to
use with a DV camcorder), in other word a cheap interface which provides
two IEEE1394 ports (plus one internal). It is said to be supported in
Linux IEEE1394 implementation:

That's why I'm surprised that the module is not provided with LM8.0
kernel. Is there any plan for this in next release?
