[Cooker] IEEE1394 interfaces

Hello,

Kernel 2.4.x is said to support IEEE1394 interfaces (aka "Firewire"). 
I'm running kernel 2.4.3-20mdk, but it seems that the module is absent 
in default kernel...

So, I would like to know if such cards will be auto-detected and 
configured in the next release. In LM8.0, HardDrake says "Send the 
content of /proc/bus/* to [EMAIL PROTECTED], along with the 
identifier 11060305".
