Well, IMO this whole thing's a kind of farce anyway since it is absolutely
uncertain if this sort of contract is in any way legally binding (i.e.
if clicking a button can be construed as 'signing').

But that aside, you are right. I've even seen some software license
screens recently where the 'don't agree' button is highlighted.
