[Cooker] Who put timeout:1 in resolv.conf?

Clean install and problems with DNS. It turned out, somebody got clever 
idea to put timeout:1 in resolv.conf by default. Now, may be you all 
have Gigabit Ethernet, but there are poor guys with modem connection 
(*not* even V.90, I do not mention V.92) and for them it is pretty low.

Just how many users will wonder why there browser cannot connect ...
