Ordered is not slowest. Ordered == metadata journalling only.

So if ordered is recommended for general-purpose needs and the default
is ordered, why do you want a switch in diskdrake? I agree that
ultimately a switch would be good but if time is tight, then I think
it's acceptable to assume that anyone who knows enough to change the
journalling mode for their application, knows enough how to edit fstab
and change it.
