Alex,

        Bush isn't going to lash out at random over this - it will be
investigated and a reasonably appropriate action will be taken.  Bombing
a major US city - with bombs or with hijacked planes - is an act of war,
and not exactly something to be taken lightly.  It warrants a serious
reaction.  In the mean time thousands of people are dead.  I have
friends 
who work in that neighborhood that i'm trying to find out if they're OK.
