Allow me to clarify. The US is *_NOT_* retaliating against Afghanistan.
This suspected ammo dump fire, sparked by possible...(as you seem to
have made your educated guesses) may be the result of other groups.
Keep in mind that Afghanistan is in a civil war of its own at the
moment, and one group or another could have started it (the explosions
outside of Kabul).
