I have been using this player for several months now, and have just recently
upgraded to a cvs version. In the stable and development versions, I have
found mplayer to work flawlessly on any sort of video file.
Could we look to include this in the main distribution as soon as possible?
caveat - it requires gcc3 to build, and it lacks a gui (commands are done
through the keyboard)
PS. Im thinking about joining the Red Cross and getting a ticket down to
NYC as soon as humanely possible. Anyone have any information they could
share with me?
