This is the one with kdebase-2.2-59mdk.

This is from report.bug, where it explicitly says 3 times that "Rootfs is not
ext3". Why does it have to do that, isn't one time enough? What happens to
the data in the db built up, is it corrupted because of this, as the boot
clearly is different with fd and hd boot. It too is missing the 'floppy
module' more than once, isn't this code capable of using earlier test data?:

* starting step `setupBootloader'
* to put in modules scsi_hostadapter
* running: mkinitrd -v -f /boot/initrd-2.4.8-22mdk.img --ifneeded 2.4.8-22mdk
with root /mnt
Rootfs is not ext3, there is no rootfs special options, and
no modules are needed -- not building initrd image.
* warning: mkinitrd failed at /usr/bin/perl-install/bootloader.pm line 74.
* running: mkinitrd -v -f /boot/initrd-2.4.8-22mdk.img --ifneeded 2.4.8-22mdk
