Hey,
Paid the $15 for 3 months - and they add a month, the first
month's free. Downloaded the binary. Ran Notepad, and looks very
good, program came up fast. Will NOT run Microsoft Office Applications,
comes up with dialog box that the program needs Windows Setup to
run. Am going to try some other applications tonight, and see what's
what. (Too bad - REALLY hoped that Powerpoint and Works would work,
but they don't. I THINK Powerpoint worked in the Codeweaver's
version)
Still begs the question - why doesn't the current cooker
package wine work?
