It is with sandisk plugged in? You may show lsmod but I have seen several reports about sandisk devices not being recognized. usb-storage explicitly lists several sandisk models; I have lost your original mail (where you gave USB ids) so I cannot check if it is one of supported. I presume, if they (usb-storage developers) needed to specialcase sandisk devices, they cannot be handled by generic usb-storage part for whatever reason? Have it worked before in earlier versions? -andrej
