Hi all,
I try to set up samba 2.2.2 and Winbind under Mandrake 8.1 according to
the doc. I could not get winbind to display a list of users on the
domain (W2K domain). Instead, I got the following error:
> "wbinfo -t" claims that the "secret is good"
> "wbinfo -n <username>" resolves to SID
> "wbinfo -u" results in "error looking up domain users"
> "wbinfo -g" results in "error looking up domain groups"
A snip of "winbindd -d5 -i" is included at the end of this email.
Anybody has any idea on how to fix this problem?
Software I used:
Mandrake 8.1
Samba 2.2.2 (Cooker .4mdk)
