You don't have the means or time to try it out?

I can asure you vpopmail and qmailadmin does a wonderful job. I have used 
this combination for a long time because it's very easy for the end customer.

Yes I have, and I have also suggested something like this to dodge the "DJB 
license" for Mandrake.  Since it's the end user patching and compiling, it 
could be a way.
