take a look at the XFree mailing lists
there should be smth about this
as far i can remember normaly the Xwrapper should be missing since
Xfree86-4.0
it's funktionality is included in the Xserver but some distribution
continued to distribute it
and may be as of MDK-8.1 it's no more included
