Did not cleanly worked for me because KDE3 picked libraries from KDE2. I had to add /opt/kde3/lib to ld.so.conf and rebuild. Then is sort of worked but I lost most of the icons(e.g. Evollution icon is systray) and all icons for all Mandrake stuff on desktop and in most menu items. I uninstalled kdebase2 before. Probably something with icon path but I have no idea where it is set. -andrej
