Sorry for the bad wording. What I meant was: you can still use rsh with CVS
without using ssh. Sorry if I had misled you.
Anyway the original message was about why rsh need the suid bit, I think yes,
just for the sake of Keep The Protocol Right, not that I really care about
the rsh protocol.
