When fsck runs and things are really bad, it has a "do you really want me to do the auto fix" message. Aurora has hung on me at that point with "yn" displaying. If you reboot in text mode you get to answer the question and you'll be ok from there. (sorry I can't be more specific... I forgot to record the exact message at the time) darrell
