Same problem here. modprobe works fine but it has to be done manually before using startx. All current cooker rpms (+rebuilt nvidia) as of Sat Feb 9 18:00 UTC 2002 This pb already happened a few versions ago and had been fixed. The tainted kernel is just a flag and is not used anywhere as far as I know (not much). =-= kk1
