Yes I was speaking about URPMI.UPDATE
Useless stuff, when called from the command line could be removed with a 
command line switch  like --interactive (it takes time to do 3 ftp connexions 
instead of 1 when on a slow cnx, slow cnx, slow server and through a proxy.)
