All environment variables for BUS, do not go outside of BUS, they are
simply used to for the action (actions.xml), and to make dependencies
for other questions.
See doc/devel.txt for a pretty detailed description on all the xml stuff
(I spent a good deal of time writing that up, about time someone reads
it! : p)
