I have a spare firewire interface card that I could send you Guillaume,
but we'd still need to do something about the firewire hard drives.
I have an 80 Gig Firewire drive that has 60 Gigs worth of stuff on it.
I would be willing to send this to you if you could preserve the
integrity of the data on the drives. It is possible to remove the
drive from enclosure and use it as if it were an IDE drive. If I had
a spare IDE drive I would simply ghost the data off to another drive.

Maybe you could just put another IDE drive into the adaptor.

Let me know if I can be of help to Mandrake in supporting Firewire in
this or any other way.
