hello i'm trying to install md 8.2 beta3 on a new machine but i'm getting a panic right at the start of the install
the machine in question is an abit bd7 with highpoint hpt372 controller with 512mb ddr ram and p4 1.8ghz the panic occurs right after i press enter to start the install there is one hd in the machine (wd 100gb) and this is located on the hpt controller (raid not used, only the udma 133) is there any way to found out what the cause is of this panic? i can provide the stack by tomorrow (machine is @ home) other hardware in the machine : -sb audigy -smc 10/100 network card
