[Cooker] beta3 loadkeys loads wrong keymap

In Rescue mode beta3 (package conslole-tools), issuing the command 'loadkeys no' loads the dvorak no.kmap.gz, rather than the qwerty no.kmap.gz. The first mentioned should be renamed no-dvorak.kmap.gz
