Hey all,
Before installing Mandrake on my machine I was running SuSE. In SuSE's
Gnome, my wheel mouse would focus on window frames (like those in
evolution and Netscape) and scroll the local scroll bar. This is the
same behavior I come to expect from a Windows system. I have had no
luck figuring out what they did to make it work this way.
On Mandrake, I can only scroll with my wheel after clicking something
inside the local frame. I also found in 8.1 when I told drakx or
mousedrake I had a PS/2 wheel mouse that I lost control of the mouse. I
had to tell it generic PS/2 mouse and then edit XF86Config accordingly
to get wheel support.
Has anyone else encountered this?
