This is a very weird but annoying problem. I can run flash on galeon, konqueror, etc on my laptop, but when I run it off of the X server it crashes every time. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling galeon, plugger and mozilla. I have tried copying flash from the working computer to the X server. I have tried installing the latest flash.... all to no avail. I don't even get an error message to give me a clue except for a window telling me the process segfaulted. I do get the following errors upon starting galeon:
Gnome-CRITICAL **: file gnome-util.c: line 355 (g_concat_dir_and_file): assertion `dir != NULL' failed. Gnome-CRITICAL **: file gnome-util.c: line 274 (g_file_exists): assertion `filename != NULL' failed.
