I would dearly love to be able to intelligently report a bug. I've read
the Cooker site, and didn't find anything beyond (paraphrased) "what
package names, how you broke it, and preferably a fix".

I'm the lead IT person pushing a Linux schema to replace Windows in our
250-user company. Mandrake is my first preference. It needs to work
well, though, and be better in most respects than what it's replacing.

It's obvious that my bug reports are inadequate. I will do whatever it
takes to change that, if someone will direct me unto the path of
enlightenment.
