Not completly, autotune would hang with my chipset (SiS). Hdparm works fine,
dramatic speed increase - I run it from rc.local - RTFM 1st though. Never
tried drakopt.
If autotune hangs, you can just boot from a rescue disk & edit/chroot/run
lilo.
