It is used whenever there are problems though. It is very helpful to know of an option when trying to resolve issues, most people will not know to look at console F11 when they have a problem so the "i" is there only clue. Another thing though, it needs to be more responsive, it should be recognized at anytime after its announcement up until the interactive / non-interactive messge appears. Currently I have to hit I at least 3 times to get it to work. I have had 0 success hitting it once.
