[Cooker] drakxtv still not finding my tv channels

First, the recap: Running a TView99 tuner card, drakxtv has had strange 
problems finding and adding channels.  It only adds one channel after a 
search.
I have run drakxtv as a regular user, and xawtv and zapping both still only 
give me one channel. (kwintv crashes with a dcop communication error, 
KUniqueApplication: DCOP communication error!)
I let drakxtv scan all and it seemed to think it was finding channels, but it 
stays on the same channel as I try to surf, labelling everything as 
ntsc/france, while I'm in the US.  At least, I think I'm in the US....
