At normal time I have only One entry in my urpmi.cfg to upgrade my system:
an ftp entry to ftp.ciril.fr
But with the 8.2 output, I cannot connect anymore, because the ftp is
overloaded
So I've added another ftp source for the cooker, ftp.free.fr

I've tried to install a rpm, with urpmi, here: "kups"
the download from ciril1 has failed, because overloaded, and urpmi hasn't
tried on free1!
I think urpmi should try to download from any source, and not stop when
errors occurs...
