No idea if this is still a problem w/ cooker, but I thought I'd mention it...
It seems that as of 8.2, netfs is loading well before smb and nfs. Maybe I'm mis-understanding the purpose of netfs, but it seems to work better if is started _after_ smb/nfs (so that it actually has some network drives to mount.) On my system, the install decided on something like (in rc5.d) S25netfs, S60nfs, and S91smb. -Jason ========================= 'People need vampires,' she [Granny] said.
