Indeed.  And I have it too, but it will fall down when I want the root
to be an LVM LV.  :-(  If I could just launch the installer and point
it to a directory (where I have the LV with a fs on it mounted) and it
installed and did it's business there, it would not even know it was
an LVM LV.

P.S.  Could you try a bit of "included message trimming"?  You waste a
lot of people's disk space and bandwidth by including the full text
that you are replying to.  Just include the relevant bits please.
