I just don't understand how you can copyrtight the LOOK of a screen saver. It sounds like someone being paranoid as opposed to any real actual threat from lawyers. Has Mandrake gotten lawyer letters over this or are they just being "proactive"? I would think that thay would have gone after Jamie Zawinski first on this.
