Putting it knowing that it should be legal to do so does not mean that
we do not risk getting sued. (And that's *assuming* that it's really legal
to do so).

If someone can secure some sort of licensing for xmatrix then sure we'd be
glad to put it in, otherwise, it's going to be kept out of the package.

I'm sorry we have to be harsh about this but that's the way it is, we can't
really afford to get into legal trouble.
