Yes I have seen that, thanks (but could you please rename it to something that does not start with "chroot", thanks.). bind v9.x has much better support for chroot than bind 8.x. And to justify the existance of this package I have to quote myself from a mail sent to Geoffrey Lee: "Because not everyone is willing or able to migrate their 8.x zone data to 9.x, and my package is an alternative just like we have sendmail, postfix, etc." Furthermore..., I have used this package several years now for an ISP that has zillions of hosts.
