it parses NLSPATH by hand :/ We have no message catalog 
/usr/share/locale/ru/man installed and man refuses to fall back to 
.../locale/en/man for unknown reason (bug).
Dirty fix for russian or other unsupported-in-man languages:
#cd /usr/share/locale/en
#cp man ../ru
