I rpm2cpio'd the kdebase package and pulled out the startkde scripts. I notice that there is still a startkde3 and a startkde. The startkde3 sets up KDEHOME=~/.kde3 and then calls startkde. If you just call startkde then KDEHOME is set to ~/.kde.
Should startkde be modified to use ~/.kde3, or should I copy my .kde3 directory to .kde? -- TTFN, Lonnie Borntreger
