I agree 110%. Splitting a tool like this up is just, well it's insane.. SO many menu entries to do the job that one should do. What, you WANT to send people searching for things? As far as installing/removing packages, and the menu closing, I agree there too.. There SHOULD be an option to cancel existing removals (ie: your package will involve xxx other packages being removed), and it SHOULDN'T close after these tools are used (the problem with it closing after removing was fixed, now how about the other 2).
