Hello,

First, I use KDE 3.1 beta from CVS (compiled with gcc 3.2), so maybe my
problem dows not exist with Cooker KDE packages.

When I run mozilla in KDE and the contents of the page contains some Flash
"applets", Mozilla (latest from Cooker) hangs.

The problem is the combination arts + flash + Mozilla since the Flash plugin
tries to access a sound device but it is probably locked.
(Mozilla runs OK under WindowMaker)

I know that two of the packages listed above are not from Cooker but it is a
common situation.

My solution is to run Mozilla like "artsdsp /usr/bin/mozilla" and after that
it runs fine under KDE.

Questions:
1. Does it happen with Cooker KDE packages?
2. Adding artsdsp to Mozilla startup script would work in KDE but not in other
Window Managers. How can a startup script know that it runs in KDE
environment?

Thanks
Eyal
