I have mentioned this many times before (since 8.2) on Cooker. Nonody seems to care . . .
The card works fine during installation in DrakX (full duplex), but after first reboot and every subsequent start it is only initialized in Half Duplex mode - I can see this because of the status lights on my Linksys Route/Switch . . . I was told previously on this list something about a stability issue and that's why it is set in half duplex. Only thing is - in previous Mandrake releases (8.2 and before) and on WinXP the card works just fine in Full Duplex! I also just installed the latest RedHat Beta (null) and the card comes up just fine in FULL DUPLEX - obviously not a Linux related issue. Please check this . . . Thx, R.Fox
