Only problem is that a default config should be added. And lisa neets
network address/netmask for AllowedAddresses and BroadcastNetwork. It
doesn't work with only SearchUsingNmblookup.

Maybe the script could check for an existing /etc/lisarc, and if it does
not exist, source the stuff from the networking scripts, and generate a
working /etc/lisarc.

Of course, the init script should be patched for using /etc/lisarc
instead of /root/.kde/share/config/lisarc, since that seems to be the
one the kde control center modifies. But, lisa would probably find that
by default.
