1. DE Typo during installation. as the software installs it reads
something like '...Danke fr Ihre Gerduld...' were Geduld is the right
spelling.

2. When installing with a USB Mouse and PS2 keyboard, the install works
well, but when starting after install, the keyboard is mistakenly
entered as mouse in XConfig so you can't login with kdm and of course
can't switch back to terminal... (same as reported for RC1)

3. KDM still crashes to the terminal after the first start after the
installation process (as it did with RC1)

4. KDE Controlcenter can't setup a Linux Kernel, because it points to
the wrong directory (same as in RC1)

5. When logging off KDE for the first time as user (fist login, no
changes made as root), the terminal reads that the system is 'seriously
misconfigured' and cannot exit. must press return and enter exit to log
off.

6. Cannot rip audio cds. I can see their contents and play via KsCD, but
ripping ends with a transport error. I've tried this with - XCDRoast,
GRip, GCombust, GnomeToaster, ERoaster, CDParanoia (command line). Data
CDs work fine. (same as reported for RC1)

7. Mandrake First Time (or firststart) does not start on the first
start, but on the second or third reboot. (when everything is already
configured ;)

8. When using GnomeSearch as a user, it reads that the root must perform
'updatedb'. (and root does have to do that, if you want it to work)

I use Mandrake RC2 on:
Athlon 1700, 512MB RAM, VIA266 Chipset, Geforce2 32MB, Pioneer Atapi
DVD, Ricoh Atapi CDRW, Intellimouse Explorer USB
