[Cooker] Rar in contrib ?

If you try to open a rar file under rc3, ark, or any other archiver looks for 
rar (which is normal), but doesn't find it ...
Is rar in contribs also ?
Otherwise this is a problem since all archiver refer to this to open the rar.
