Also:
1.  It gets horribly confused if given more than two physical disks.

2.  It includes Smart Boot Manager, which does not impress me.

3.  It contains the Ranish partition manager, which is essential to 
diagnose and fix partition tables when Partition Magic just gives up. 
  It has saved my life countless times.   Just ^P when the xosl screen 
appears.
