Please be more explicit, if you want that it is improved.
As has been said countless times on this list (including the reasons),
the old one won't come back. See list archives, if you want to know
the details.
Constructive critism needs more than "I don't like it". Say what is
missing or what does not work, even better if you can suggest how to
do it better. gc (I think) has been very responsive to detailed
suggestions.
