Spellchecking is not available yet for his language?

Note spellchecking is not automagically set and configured. It only 
registers the dictionaries so that OOo can see them. It's up to the user 
to enable it in the options/Linguistic menu or whatever it is called. I 
can't check the exact menu name here.

Well, from <http://dict.progbits.com/download_dictionary.html>:
���Tools->Options->LanguageSettings->WritingAids and press the "Edit" 
button. There, each user, using the pulldown can select their 
language(s) and enable MySpell spellchecking by putting a mark in the 
checkbox. Then, in Language, select the language you wish to write and 
spell check.
